PHANTOM TRIPLE LINE INSERT

The Phantom TRIPLE LINE Insert is comprised of upper and lower discs, spacer rods, glass tubes and one-way valves, designed to produce three 1 mm diameter parallel lines of marker material, spaced 7.5 cm apart, with fillable tube locations, based on  recommendations from the NEMA NU 2 standards publication for performance measurements of the tomographic spatial resolution parameter of scintillation cameras.

PS.: The Triple Line Insert in the water spatial resolution test is used in conjunction with the body and lid of the Phantom Jaszczak.

INDICATION FOR USE

  • Acceptance test;
  • Quality assurance and control;
  • Error assessment in the center of rotation;
  • Assessment of changes in the radius of rotation in spatial resolution;
  • Measurement of spatial resolution in air and water, if mounted on a cylinder;
  • Quantitative evaluation of reconstruction filters and dispersion compensation method.
